Where we left off

June 10: You approved phased rollout.
Here is where we are now.

EN + AR both passed

This is what we're building toward.

Ribbon text correct — both English and Arabic readable, gold on dark navy

Product accuracy — flower shape, colour, and cone wrap all true to source

5 angles generated from one brief — pedestal close-up, full bouquet, overhead

Studio-grade quality — marble + wood pedestal, natural window light, no artefacts

Logo + emblem issues

The flowers are right. The composition is right. The recurring issues are in the emblem rendering and the English logo — wrong style, wrong weight, or a hallucinated version of the mark. Specific, visible, and correctable.

Three issues. Three fixes.

1

Logo + emblem style

AI is hallucinating the emblem on some SKUs — using the wrong font or a different version of the mark. Fix: provide a cropped reference of the correct emblem from a passing SKU (e.g. SKU 6) as a visual anchor.

2

English logo style

The English wordmark renders with the wrong font weight or typeface on several SKUs. Fix: provide a close-up crop of the correct wordmark from a passing SKU as a visual reference in the prompt.

3

Container shape accuracy

On hat-box and vase SKUs, proportions drift from the source product. Fix: provide a clean close-up of the container as a separate reference input — same approach as the emblem fix.

Each issue has one root cause and one input change to fix it. These are calibration problems, not capability limits. SKU 6 proves the ceiling — these are the SKUs that haven't reached it yet.

Higgsfield Create Image + Nano Banana Pro — Sara's pick. Handles Floward products, luxury goods, and gifts. Logo rendering accurate. Speed: under 3 min per asset.

These are a speed lane for non-Dagiga SKUs — not a replacement for the structured workflow.

Phased experiment — approved in principle June 10.
Ready to decide the details today.

How it works

Phase 1: 3 markets, selected SKUs only — highest-scoring outputs from R2 batch.

Stop condition: if conversion rate on AI-image listings drops more than 3% vs control, pause immediately and revert. Old images stay live throughout.

Reversible by design: AI images are added alongside existing photography, not replacing it. One toggle to revert.

Scale trigger: if score holds above 4.0/5 and conversion is flat or positive after 4 weeks, expand to next 3 markets + full SKU set.

"If it works, we scale fast. If it doesn't, nothing is lost. The experiment is designed to be safe."

Pick 3 markets to start — or tell me which to drop

Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt are the recommendation based on volume, Gulf premium appetite, and distinct customer profiles. Qatar is the fourth option.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia
Largest market · high premium appetite · volume
🇰🇼 Kuwait
Gulf premium profile · strong gifting culture
🇪🇬 Egypt
Different customer profile · high volume · good test contrast
🇶🇦 Qatar
Gulf premium · smaller market · optional swap
